1. Manufacturer Defect:
If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturer's error, we will consider returns/refunds on a case-by-case basis.
To request a return for a potential manufacturer defect, please contact us within 15 Days of receiving your order. You will need to provide:
A brief description of the defect
Photos or videos of the defect (if possible)
Your original order confirmation
Our customer service team will review your request and determine the best course of action. This may include requesting additional information, issuing a replacement product, or offering a full or partial refund.
We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds for products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Note: Products must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items:
If you receive an incorrect or missing item in your order, please contact us within 15 Days of receiving your order. We will be happy to ship you the correct item or issue a full refund for the missing item.
4. Shipping Costs:
For returns due to manufacturer defects or incorrect/missing items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds:
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
